SHIPPING METHODS:

United States orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or DHL Common Carrier. International and wholesale orders will be shipped via DHL Common Carrier from our Philippine Studio. Any other special shipping arrangements must be made in advance. Most orders from the website will be shipped from our Colorado Showroom or from our New Mexico Studio. During busy periods, vacations or weather incidents some orders may be shipped from our Philippine Studio by DHL. There will be no change in shipping costs. You will receive the same quality products in just a day or two longer than domestic shipping. SHIPPING COSTS

United States: FREE

International:

International orders over $100.00 will receive an appropriate shipping credit based on the rate to the farthest USA shipping location. Many International locations in the Pacific and Asia regions will normally receive free shipping from our Philippines Studio. You will be notified of additional shipping costs if required. If you do not wish to have your order shipped from our Philippines Studio please leave us a message on the contact us page.

DELIVERY:
All regular orders will be shipped the next business day following payment confirmation. Custom orders be notified by e-mail of expected shipping date, usually ten to fourteen days depending on availability. Payment by “Direct Bank Transfer” will receive a 10% discount and will ship the Next Business Day after Credit or Debit card clears.

TRACKING:
All orders will be shipped with appropriate tracking information.
